As a hobby, I probably began my photography journey by shooting photos of my twin sister, Andrea, while she was still in our mother’s belly! Fast forward to a more professional setting: after spending a year abroad in Germany, where I traveled to a ton of countries with my camera, I returned to Mexico in 2018. Back in my hometown, there was this girl who caught my interest, and I had to figure out how to earn some money—because I needed to invite her to places, right? Let’s be real—those European adventures had left me a bit broke!

I've always had a knack for business, but at the time, I was still studying, so building my own Amazon or Tesla wasn’t in the cards just yet. I asked myself a simple question: What can I do in my free time that I love and that can actually bring in some cash? The answer was obvious—photography! I started doing portrait photography around my city, and my reputation quickly grew. Before I knew it, restaurants and brands were reaching out to me, and I even became the photographer for companies valued at 9.2 billion dollars. I was traveling between countries for paid shoots, living the dream!

Eventually, my passion led me to Freepik Company, where I joined their content production team. It felt monumental—like a publicist getting a call from The New York Times! I moved to Málaga, Spain, and while I left Freepik after two years because my true passion lies in snapping shots, I consider my time there a paid university for honing my editing skills.

Today, I’m still traveling the world, capturing stunning moments at destination elopements and collaborating with brands. And in my free time? You’ll likely find me flying a plane or diving into the fascinating world of aviation, learning about the four forces that keep an airplane in the sky—because aviation is another big passion of mine!

So, yes, professionally, it all started because of that budding love back in my hometown. And I think being a wedding photographer is a perfect match, don’t you agree?
